• All StreetTalk personnel, contractors, and agents with access to client data are bound by written confidentiality agreements.

• Client data is not shared with other clients, competitors, or unauthorized third parties under any circumstances.
• Upon termination or expiration of a client engagement, client data will be returned or securely destroyed in accordance with the applicable Client Agreement and our data retention policies.
• StreetTalk does not use client data, deliverables, or campaign materials to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system without the client's express prior written consent.

7. Participant Privacy

Individuals who participate in StreetTalk street interviews ("Participants") should be aware of the following:

• Participation is voluntary. Participants provide consent through our media release process before any content featuring them is used commercially.
• Released content, including video recordings of Participant likeness, voice, and statements, may be used in advertising, marketing, social media, and other commercial contexts as specified in the applicable release.
• StreetTalk collects limited personal information from Participants (typically name, contact information, and demographic details) solely for release administration, compliance, and our charitable donation programs.
• Participant personal information is not sold or shared for direct marketing purposes unrelated to the specific StreetTalk engagement.
